Return & Refund Policy

At 7899 Print Co., all custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items unless there is an error or defect due to workmanship, as determined at the discretion of 7899 Print Co.

Custom items include, but are not limited to: screen printed apparel, embroidered items, DTF transfers, banners, yard signs, die cut stickers, laser engraved items, promotional products, and any personalized or made-to-order products.

If there is an issue with your order due to a possible production error or workmanship defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue so we can review the order and determine the best solution.

If we determine the issue was caused by our workmanship, we will correct the problem by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued back to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including spelling, sizing, color choices, design approval, or incorrect product selections. Once a design proof or order details have been approved, the order will be produced as approved.

Replacements or store credit will not be issued for normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or damage after the product has been received.
