Shipping Policy

At 7899 Print Co., we ship orders using UPS. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and type of order.

Order Processing Time

Most products from 7899 Print Co. are custom-made. Processing and production times vary depending on the type of product, order size, artwork approval, product availability, and current production schedule.

Production does not begin until all required information, artwork, payment, and approvals have been received.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins once your order has been completed and given to UPS. Shipping time does not include production time.

Estimated UPS delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, delivery location, package size, and package weight.

Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items, bulk orders, banners, signs, or other large-format products.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for UPS tracking updates to appear after the package has been picked up or scanned.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

7899 Print Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been given to UPS, 7899 Print Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact UPS directly using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist with any information needed for a UPS claim.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged items. Damage claims may require review by UPS.

Please keep all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available and selected at checkout, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders should not be picked up until you have received confirmation that the order is complete.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on the size, quantity, or product type. You may receive more than one tracking number for your order.
