Welcome to 7899 Print Co. By visiting our Shopify website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

7899 Print Co. provides custom printing and related services, including but not limited to screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, banners, yard signs, stickers, laser engraving, promotional products, design services, and other custom items.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales on custom items are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including sizes, quantities, colors, names, spelling, dates, artwork, logos, files, and design details.

Artwork, Logos, and Design Files

By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or other files to 7899 Print Co., you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them.

You agree that 7899 Print Co. is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues related to customer-provided artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes offensive, inappropriate, illegal, copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorized material.

Proofs and Approvals

For some custom orders, a proof may be provided before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details before approving.

Once a proof or order details are approved, the order will be produced as approved. 7899 Print Co. is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including spelling, grammar, sizing, colors, layout, or design placement.

Product Colors and Variations

We do our best to display product colors and designs accurately. However, colors may vary between screens, digital proofs, printed materials, fabric types, product materials, and production methods.

Minor differences in color, placement, size, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, product availability, artwork approval, production schedule, supplier delays, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delays caused by incomplete order information, delayed customer responses, supplier issues, shipping carriers, weather, or other outside factors are not the responsibility of 7899 Print Co.

Payment

Orders may require full payment or a deposit before production begins. Production may not begin until payment, order details, artwork, and approvals have been received.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any additional work, changes, rush requests, or special materials may result in additional charges.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or custom work has begun, the order may not be changed or canceled.

Approved changes may result in additional charges or extended turnaround times.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales on custom items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items unless there is an error or defect due to workmanship, as determined at the discretion of 7899 Print Co.

If there is an issue with your order due to a possible production error or workmanship defect, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue for review.

If we determine the issue was caused by our workmanship, we will correct the problem by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued back to the original payment method.

Customer-Supplied Items

If we accept customer-supplied garments or products for printing, embroidery, engraving, or customization, the customer understands there is a risk of damage during production.

7899 Print Co. is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items due to production issues, damage, defects, or unexpected material reactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping and Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping or pickup information.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by carrier. Once an order has been given to a shipping carrier, 7899 Print Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or incorrect delivery caused by the carrier.

For local pickup orders, customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Use of Completed Work

Unless requested otherwise in writing, 7899 Print Co. may photograph or display completed products for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline projects at our discretion, including but not limited to orders involving inappropriate content, unauthorized artwork, abusive behavior, unpaid balances, or materials we are unable to produce.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7899 Print Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
